Manufacturing of castingsKELTON Non Ferrous Foundry undertakes manufacturing of sample orders, parts, tools or assembled products, based on any handmade sketch, drawings or 3D data.
Manufacturing of parts with aluminium, brass, bronze alloys. We use normalised casting alloys in production. We apply technologies such as sintered sand cores, metal cores or create coreless castings. We produce sand and gravity die castings.

Machining of partsAfter casting we can provide additional machining procedures including drilling, tapping, turning, milling and polishing to provide greater control over the complete production process.
We heat treat many of castings and customize the process to meet our customers exact requirements. We assemble components providing the required functionality of the product.
